What Should I Do On This Screen?
The drop down list includes all the Account Providers that are members of the eHealth Ontario Federation. This will be the organization that issued you with an account (username and password). You should select that organization and then click the ‘Next’ button. You will then be taken to your organization’s login page so you can be authenticated, e.g. check that your password is valid. Once you have been authenticated successfully then you will be presented with the service you are trying to access.

I Cannot See My Account Provider. What Should I Do??
If you do not see the organization that provided you with an account (username and password) in the list then please contact the eHealth Ontario Service Desk at 1-866-250-1554 for assistance. You will need to navigate manually to another page / tab or close your browser to exit the screen.

What is an Account Provider?
Account Providers are organizations that are responsible for issuing accounts to users to enable them to interact with a service or system. An account is represented by a username and password. Account Providers will only issue an account to a user if appropriate checks have been carried out to confirm that user’s real world identity.
The Account Provider will either be your employer, e.g. hospital or larger health organization, or ONE ID which acts as a provincial Provider for those organizations that do not issue their own accounts.
